YOUR INITIAL VISIT
To accomplish our goals, your initial visit to our office will be for a comprehensive
diagnostic examination. This clinical examination may include some or all the following:
-Appropriate x-rays
-Intra-oral clinical video examination
-Generalized soft tissue examination
-Diagnostic impressions
-Decay detection
-Evaluation of fractured teeth or potential fractures
-Evaluation of existing protheses
-Periodontal examination for gum disease
-Temporomandibular joint(TMJ) evaluation.
